Plan S/519, the initiative of the local council plan. The plan was adopted by a Samaria local committee. The plan was approved on 12.27.1999.
Its purpose: division of the area in the southwest of the settlement which was defined in the outline plan as an area for detailed planning. Area in the plan is about 315 dunams.
