Jisr az-Zarqa offers a variety of touristic, recreational and culinary attractions. A welcoming hostel, scenic hiking trails, and restaurants offering local and home-made cuisine are only a small share of the touristic adventures Jisr has to offer.

Tel Taninim (Crocodiles' Mound) and Wilhelm II Bridge
Tel Taninim is a mound placed at the Taninim River's delta. An amazing landscape of the surrounding cities (Maagan Michael to the north, Jisr az-Zarqa to the east, and Caesarea to the south) is seen from the mound. In the past, the mound was occupied by the city Crocodilpolice, a Hellenistic prospering town. Wilhelm II bridge, which was built in honor of the German emperor's visit to Palestine in 1898, is located at the bottom of the mound. The bridge (one out of four in total) was built to enable the emperor and his entourage the journey from Haifa, through Jaffa, to Jerusalem.

Jisr's First Stone House
The first stone house in Jisr was built in 1918 with stones that were mined from the Acre surroundings and brought to Jisr by camels. The first stone house was built for the Mukhtar of Jisr and was also the first house to be connected to a water source that was not the river.
