At the end of 2009, the Ministry of the Interior began preparing the first master plan for the settlement, within the framework of which the need to expand the area of ​​jurisdiction, the extent of the expansion, its nature and location, will be examined, due to the high density that prevails there. Encouraging saturated construction and diverting Highway 2 to the east was considered, in order to allow the expansion of the settlement.
