Plan 353-0191023 Comprehensive outline plan for Jasr al-Zarqa
The purpose of the plan is to create a planning framework for the development of Jessar al-Zarqa to a settlement of approximately 24,000 residents at maximum capacity, which provides its residents with a quality of life and livelihood, and benefits from its unique location on the seashore and near Nahal Taninim. Strengthening the economy of Jessar al-Zarqa by encouraging the development of the settlement as a regional tourist center and creating community centers for business, civic and tourist activities. The integration and preservation of the scenic values, the archeology and the heritage sites, in the array of open and built areas in the settlement with an emphasis on the interface with the seashore, Nahal Taninim and the nature reserves and the national park.
