The Women Cooking Project in Jessar al-Zarqa

The Women Cooking Project in Jessar al-Zarqa is a unique project of its kind that combines local women working to promote local culinary initiatives, which tells the story of the village  of Jessar al-Zarqa through the women's personal stories through local dishes that bring a story of home and journey. As part of the project, we created a digital book and a hardcopy  book that serves as a collection of recipes and more importantly, an entry into the wonderful world of food entrepreneurship in Jessar Al-Zarqa.
